I am a developing musician and in the modern age of music beatboxing has become a worthwhile skill in many musicians inventories. One can see why when most independent musicians cant realistically play a drum kit in their apartment. Beatboxing has become a great alternative in terms of percussion. Hip hip music has become a fierce advocate of the skill though I do believe that  the form can transfer into different genres. A guy called Yuri Lane has proved this point with his beatboxing harmonica performances.

Beatboxing is a skill that involves using your vocals chords, throat, teeth, tongue and lips to perform complex percussion sequences and well as bass and vocal work. I have personally been practising this form for some time now and am capable of maintaining a decent beat though compared to some of the extremely talented beatboxers I am probably still quite basic. Any how this following video will demonstrate the level of skill I have.
