Poem about evolution.

This following poem is a poem written as part of a poetry project called Poem press. Poem press is a project focused on presenting short but meaningful poems in a visual, literary and musical format. Poem about evolution.

In natures savage playground.
Strategies are the way.
The way to play the game.
The game of pick and choose.
To bring new life to the board.
The board of the game of life.
The game of life we play.
We play not knowing why.
We know the sense that drives.
The driving force of natural selection.
But why?
Why is the game a game at all?
Lets play the guessing game.
Lets evolve the truth.
It’s up to us.
We’re the ones who evolved to wisdom.
Only our kind can ask the question ‘why?’
