This following poem is a poem written as part of a poetry project called Poem press. Poem press is a project focused on presenting short but meaningful poems in a visual, literary and musical format. Poem about feelings.

To feel is to live.
To feel is to be guided.
To feel is to be driven.
To feel is to learn.
Feelings are an internal warzone.
A battleground of guts.
A test to weed out the worthy.
A tool for progress.
Feelings ought to be felt.
Yet ruled with an iron rod.
For on the pole of extremity.
Feelings can create.
Feelings can destroy.
