Justification

This following poem is a poem written as part of a poetry project called Poem press. Poem press is a project focused on presenting short but meaningful poems in a visual, literary and musical format. Poem about justification.

We seek justification.
For our crimes.
In order.
To change the crime.
To an act of good.
So therefore.
Justification.
Is a falsity.
Nothing is ever justified.
There are no excuses.
”I can’t change the laws of physics”
Oh really!
You change the laws of physics.
Everytime you justify a crime.
Shame we can’t do that.
