The metaphorical shell.
The case of safety.
The barrier from ill.
The comfort zone.
Really?
Usually those who hide.
Inside a shell.
Are most at risk.
Of abuse and victimisation.
People don’t trust.
Those who hide their true selves.
It causes problems.
In a world.
With too many problems.
